PRIMO PIANO E ANTEPRIMA Tangenti: arrestato vicepresidente giunta lombarda Mantovani

INSERITO DA MORENA MOTTA Il vicepresidente della Giunta regionale lombarda ed ex assessore alla Sanita' Mario Mantovani (Forza Italia) e' stato arrestato con le accuse di concussione, corruzione aggravata e turbata liberta' degli incanti, nell'ambito di un'indagine della Procura di Milano. Assieme a lui sono finiti in manette il suo collaboratore Giacomo Di Capua e un ingegnere del provveditorato alle opere pubbliche per la Lombardia e la Liguria, Angelo Bianchi.

Le ordinanze di custodia cautelare sono state firmate dal gip Stefania Pepe, su richiesta del procuratore aggiunto Giulia Perrotti e del pm Giovanni Polizi.
Le accuse per Mantovani, Di Capua e Bianchi sono di corruzione aggravata, concussione e turbata liberta' degli incanti. Oltre a loro ci sono altri 12 indagati che, stando a quanto si legge in una nota firmata dal procuratore Edmondo Bruti Liberati, "hanno concorso a vario titolo nei reati". La Guardia di Finanza ha effettuato perquisizioni e sequestri di documenti, "in relazione anche ad ulteriori ipotesi di reato", abuso d'ufficio e turbativa d'asta, ipotizzate a carico di Mantovani in concorso con altri. Le attivita' dei finanzieri sono state svolte nelle province di Milano, Pavia, Varese, Vercelli e Rimini, negli uffici degli indagati nella sede della Regione Lombardia e in 9 abitazioni e 17 enti e societa'. I fatti sarebbero stati commessi fra il 6 giugno 2012 e il 30 giugno 2014.
