E' Antonio Logli, per la procura di Pisa, la persona che ha ucciso e fatto sparire il corpo di Roberta Ragusa, la donna scomparsa la notte tra il 13 e il 14 gennaio 2012 dalla sua abitazione di Gello di San Giuliano Terme (Pisa). L'atto di notifica di chiusura delle indagini è stato ritirato dal legale di Logli, Roberto Cavani, al comando provinciale dei carabinieri. Un atto semplice, di poche pagine, ma pesante come un macigno, sottoscritto anche dal procuratore capo Ugo Adinolfi, oltre che dal suo sostituto Aldo Mantovani che ha condotto le indagini.

La procura è infatti convinta della colpevolezza di Logli e ritiene che sia stato lui a costringere ''con violenza la moglie Roberta Ragusa a salire in auto'' e poi a ucciderla volontariamente per poi sopprimerne il corpo ''al fine di assicurarsi l'impunità per l'omicidio'' e impedire ''in modo permanente il ritrovamento'' del cadavere. Ora, l'indagato, ha 20 giorni di tempo, ma non si esclude che possa essere concessa una proroga vista l'imponente mole degli atti istruttori, per presentare memorie, produrre documenti, depositare documentazione relativa a investigazioni difensive, ma anche chiedere il compimento di altri atti d'indagine, presentarsi per rilasciare altre dichiarazioni o chiedere di essere interrogato.

Adinolfi ha scelto di sottoscrivere formalmente l'atto di conclusione delle indagini per rafforzare il lavoro investigativo svolto finora. ''Ho preso questa decisione perché voglio seguire in prima persona il processo - ha spiegato il magistrato, senza voler aggiungere altro - e annuncio fin da ora che parteciperò alle udienze''. Ma sarà un percorso ricco di insidie per la procura, perché comunque il caso resta puramente indiziario e in quasi tre anni di inchiesta Logli, da due anni mezzo sospettato dell'omicidi della moglie, non ha mai perso la sua apparentemente glaciale serenità.

Il suo principale accusatore è Loris Gozi, giostraio e vicino di casa che in fase di incidente probatorio raccontò di averlo visto in strada ben oltre la mezzanotte, orario in cui l'uomo invece aveva raccontato agli inquirenti di essere andato a dormire lasciando la moglie in cucina a compilare la lista della spesa per poi denunciarne la scomparsa solo il mattino seguente al suo risveglio. Gozi ha anche sostenuto di avere visto Logli litigare violentemente con una donna in una strada adiacente la sua abitazione e di averlo visto spingerla con forza in auto prima di allontanarsi. Logli ha sempre respinto ogni addebito, ma, secondo gli inquirenti, ha commesso un errore grave: effettuare una simulazione di ciò che Gozi dice di avere visto (documentata dai carabinieri) quando ancora la sua testimonianza non era nota. Vi sono poi almeno altre due testimonianze che confermerebbero la presenza di Logli in giro di notte vicino a casa, ma le indagini scientifiche dei Ris effettuate sulle auto di famiglia non hanno dato riscontri positivi. Così come le infinite ricerche in boschi, campagne e pozzi della zona alla ricerca del cadavere. Dopo 32 mesi di accertamenti, intercettazioni, interrogatori sarà il processo a dire che fine ha fatto Roberta Ragusa, imprenditrice madre di due figli inghiottita nel buio della stessa tragica notte del naufragio della Concordia.

There are also at least two other witnesses that would confirm the presence of Logli around at night close to home, but scientific investigations of Ris carried on the family car have not given positive results.
